​✦We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements UNLESS IT WAS OUR MISTAKE.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER? To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our email ( madebyarij@gmail.com) with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). NO edits can be made once the order is placed.   
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK? All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.​​​
  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, Payment Plans.
  • HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU FOR MORE QUESTIONS? If you have any additional questions, feel free to send us an e-mail at: madebyarij@gmail.com.
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.
  • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED? All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. 

 

LIPGLOSS ORDERS 

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Non Wholesale orders take 3-8 business days to process and 1-3 business days to ship via USPS First Class. Wholesale orders take 7-21 business days to process and ship via USPS Priority Mail. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY, *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.  We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

  • WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN THE LIPGLOSS: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Polybutene, Polyisobutene, Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil) Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? 4-8 business days to process orders takes 2-3 business days to ship via USPS. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY, *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.  We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. Shipping & Billing Address Must Match.
